FAQ:

Are you open to advertising, sponsorships, or sponsored posts?

Yes! See below.

Would you like to publish my very interesting infographic that links back to my company website?

Probably not. At this time we’re looking for stories and experiences, not infographics.

Are you looking for contributors/interesting content to republish?

Not at this time. Erin produces all content for the blog, and content is limited to technology, science, travel, and sometimes other special topics of interest to Erin and her readers.

Any requests for republication/contributions etc. will likely fall under the blog’s ‘sponsored post’ category. Inquiries in this area should include reference to what your budget for this request is. Due to the volume of these requests, we can only reply to inquiries that contain budgeting information.

If you are a fellow blogger looking for a one-on-one collaboration, partnership or website content sharing opportunity, I’d love to hear from you.

Can I advertise on your blog?

Yes! We’d love to find a way to work with you to convey your message to our readers.  Please inquire, and be prepared to share budget info. Due to the volume of these requests, we can only reply to inquiries from legitimate companies and business. Spambots and generic mass-mailouts are usually relegated to the junk mail file! if you feel like we’ve missed your legit email, please re-send.

What do you consider a ‘sponsored post’?

A sponsored post is a request for publication of your content, advertising, blog, infographic that includes a link(s) to your (or a third party) website for the purposes of increasing your web traffic, selling a product, etc.

How do you choose which Sponsored Posts to publish?

I refuse to spam my readers with irrelevant content, or ads or clickbait that’s disguised as mediocre content. Articles about science, technology, gadgets, travel, or certain other topics close to my heart will always pique my interest and that of my readers.  There must be value, information and interest in the topic.

How long does it take you to write a post?

I’m the only writer on this site, and I get a large amount of requests. It can sometimes take weeks to research, test, review and write content for the blog. I often have a backlog of several weeks to two months or more.

What if I want you to review my gadget, device, product, or to write something about me or my company NOW!?  Can you?

Maybe! I do take requests for “Expedited Posts”. Please inquire about these.

You sound mean! Are you?

No way! I get a LOT of requests from spammers, scammers, unscrupulous advertisers hoping to make a quick buck/increase clicks/improve page rankings, while getting me to do their work for them for free. That’s not cool. They clutter up my inbox and destroy my faith in humanity, and make me sound cranky.

Do you like PR people?

Yes! If you’re a real person, with a real business opportunity, a real gadget, and a genuine story, or a real PR/media or content agency staffed with real humans who looking for genuine content sharing, meaningful interactions, quality writing, and helping me educate my readers, then I would love to hear from you.

If you’ve read all this and you still think you’ve got something for me, please get in touch. Contact me using the contact form in the “About Me” section of the site to reach me.
